Fill it up

Reach out to us, and we will be providing you an online assessment form. You have to fill in all the details in the current lifestyle assessment form and subit. This form will help us get an idea of your Lifestyle and work as a case history to which we can refer.

Interaction with the dietitian

Once you are done with filling up the form, your 30 minutes master consultation call will be scheduled with either Urvi or her highly qualified Dietitians based on the program you would have selected.

Diet and follow up

Within 48 hours of consultation, you will receive a personalized diet plan created. All you have to do is try your best to follow it. Enrich Lifestyle believes in being in constant touch with the clients and so frequently follows up and queries are taken on a regular basis through WhatsApp.
